For sport
Run the whole club from one place.
CMN Hub puts administration, committee work, team communication and governance in one role-based platform — and syncs fixtures and results straight from PlayHQ, so nobody re-types a season.

The problem
Committee, team and governance work spread across too many tools.
Club administration runs on personal inboxes, group chats and shared drives. Committee decisions are hard to trace, team communication depends on whoever has the right phone numbers, and members have no single place to find accurate club information.
The competition system is doing its job. What is missing is the operating layer around it — the place the organisation itself gets run. And every year the committee changes, and someone rebuilds it from scratch.
What you get
Four roles. One source of truth.
Pick a role to see what changes for them.
Committee
Email integration, internal messaging, minutes and governance records, with a handover that survives a change of office bearers.
What changes: the decision, the document and the follow-up action all live in the same place, and the next committee inherits them.

Teams
Targeted domestic and representative team communication, sent once and delivered to the right people.
What changes: no new group chat every season, and no coach chasing phone numbers before round one.

Members
Organisation information and mobile access in a branded experience families actually open.
What changes: one app instead of a website, a newsletter, three chats and a printed draw on the fridge.

Associations
Configurable structure with scope for permissions, reporting and expansion across multiple clubs.
What changes: the same operating standard across every affiliated club, and reporting that does not need to be requested.

Committee
Email integration, internal messaging, minutes and governance records. Decisions kept where the next committee can find them.
Teams
Targeted domestic and representative team communication that reaches the right families, without a new group chat every season.
Members
Club information and mobile access in a branded experience that looks like the club, not like software.
How it fits
It sits beside your competition system, not on top of it.
Registrations and competition management stay where they are. CMN Hub takes the administrative work around them — the messaging, the records, the approvals and the member experience — and gives it one home.

Any code
Built for any sporting organisation, not one sport.
The operating problem is the same whether it is basketball, football, netball or a multi-sport association: committees turn over, teams need reaching, and the competition system was never meant to run the organisation around it. CMN Hub deploys to any of them.
What it saves
Roughly 120 hours a season.
An estimate, not a measurement — nobody has run a stopwatch over a season yet, so here is the working rather than just the number. It compares the jobs a committee already does on email and spreadsheets against doing them in one system. Check it against your own season, and tell us where it is wrong.
| Over a season | On email | In CMN Hub |
|---|---|---|
| Building team contact lists, every season | 8 h | 1 h |
| Club-level team communication | 36 h | 9 h |
| Answering the same questions from families | 54 h | 18 h |
| Copying fixtures and results out to teams | 27 h | 0 h |
| Committee agendas, RSVPs and minutes | 20 h | 8 h |
| Chasing registrations and forms | 6 h | 2 h |
| Handover when the committee changes | 12 h | 2 h |
| Season total | 163 h | 40 h |
| Given back | 123 h |
Funding
For clubs, some of this can be grant-funded.
It depends on the program. Most exclude ongoing subscriptions, and several exclude anything that reads as running the sport itself — but framed as governance and organisational capacity, a one-off build is a stronger candidate. We will help you work out whether your club has a case, and tell you if it does not.
CMN Hub is where most of that already lives. A grant pack builder is in design: a short questionnaire, pre-filled from your own records, that assembles the evidence an application asks for. The committee checks and signs it — the club stays the applicant — but the job no longer lands on a volunteer treasurer the week it is due.
