CMN Hub
Administration, committee work, communication and governance in one role-based platform.
CMN Hub is the operating layer around competition systems — not a claim to replace them. It holds the work that currently lives in inboxes, spreadsheets and group chats, and syncs fixtures and results straight from PlayHQ so nobody re-types a season.

Who it serves
Four roles. One source of truth.
Pick a role to see what changes for them.
Committee
Email integration, internal messaging, minutes and governance records, with a handover that survives a change of office bearers.
What changes: the decision, the document and the follow-up action all live in the same place, and the next committee inherits them.

Positioning
It sits beside your competition system, not on top of it.
Registrations and competition management stay where they are. CMN Hub takes the administrative work around them — the messaging, the records, the approvals and the member experience — and gives it one home.

Where it runs
Built for any sporting organisation, not one code.
The operating problem is the same whether it is basketball, football, netball or a multi-sport association: committees turn over, teams need reaching, and the competition system was never meant to run the organisation around it. CMN Hub deploys to any of them.
Funding
For clubs, some of this can be grant-funded.
It depends on the program. Most exclude ongoing subscriptions, and several exclude anything that reads as running the sport itself — but framed as governance and organisational capacity, a one-off build is a stronger candidate. We will help you work out whether your club has a case, and tell you if it does not.
CMN Hub is where most of that already lives. A grant pack builder is in design: a short questionnaire, pre-filled from your own records, that assembles the evidence an application asks for. The committee checks and signs it — the club stays the applicant — but the job no longer lands on a volunteer treasurer the week it is due.
